Terms of Service

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at one of our properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract on your own behalf or on behalf of any minors travelling with you.

SAMY Conciergerie operates a curated collection of hotels, serviced apartments, and concierge services across Morocco. Through our website you can browse our properties, request reservations, manage your stay, and contact our team.

Each property may have additional rules or terms specific to that location, which form part of your agreement when you book that property.

A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a written booking confirmation from us, identified by a unique reservation reference. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including names, dates, and contact details.

The rate quoted at the time of booking applies to that reservation. Availability and pricing displayed on our website are not binding until confirmed.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at the time of booking and include applicable Moroccan taxes unless stated otherwise. Tourist taxes, local fees, and optional extras may apply and will be communicated before payment.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, PayZone, using 3-D Secure authentication. Card details are entered on PayZone's secure page and are never seen or stored by SAMY Conciergerie. Depending on the rate selected, we may charge a deposit at the time of booking and the balance on arrival, or charge the full amount in advance.

We accept major international credit and debit cards. We reserve the right to verify payment details and to cancel reservations where payment is declined or fraud is suspected.

Standard rates allow free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, with a full refund of any sums paid. Cancellations made after that window, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. The cancellation terms applying to your reservation are confirmed at the time of booking and included in your confirmation.

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact our team at contact@samy.ma or through your booking confirmation. Modifications are subject to availability and the original rate's rules.

We may, in exceptional circumstances such as force majeure, need to modify or cancel your reservation. In such cases we will offer you a comparable alternative or a full refund of any sums paid.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and standard check-out is 11:00 am local time, unless otherwise communicated. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

A valid government-issued identification document is required at check-in for every guest. Moroccan law requires us to keep a register of all guests staying at our properties.

We expect guests to treat our properties, our team, and other guests with respect. Smoking is prohibited indoors except in clearly designated areas. Excessive noise, parties, or any conduct that disturbs other guests or damages the property is not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a stay without refund, and seek compensation for damage caused by guests or their visitors.

All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, videos, and software — is the property of SAMY Conciergerie or its licensors and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

When you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us, you grant SAMY Conciergerie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content in connection with our services and marketing. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe any third-party rights.

We strive to keep our website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that the content is complete, error-free, or always available. Photography and descriptions of our properties are intended to be representative; minor variations may exist.

External links to third-party services are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAMY Conciergerie's liability for any claim related to your use of our website or stay at our properties is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold SAMY Conciergerie, its affiliates, and team members harmless against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of our services, or your conduct at our properties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from your use of our services that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the revision date shown at the top. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
